- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Boil water: Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil.
Blanch broccolini: Add broccolini and cook for 2 minutes until bright green. Drain and pat dry.
