- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Vanilla Cream Layer

- 2 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar

In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk the vanilla yogurt, heavy cream, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Pour a small amount of the orange mixture into each popsicle mold.
Add a layer of the vanilla cream mixture.
Repeat the layers until the molds are nearly full.
Use a skewer or butter knife to gently swirl the layers for a marbled appearance if desired.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
