Ingredients
  

Orange Layer

  • 1½ cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey or granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Vanilla Cream Layer

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk the vanilla yogurt, heavy cream, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour a small amount of the orange mixture into each popsicle mold.
  • Add a layer of the vanilla cream mixture.
  • Repeat the layers until the molds are nearly full.
  • Use a skewer or butter knife to gently swirl the layers for a marbled appearance if desired.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely firm.
  • To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this creamy citrus delight.
