Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
