- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7UP)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut apples into eight equal wedges.
Wrap each apple slice in crescent dough and place in a greased baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
