Skillet-Braised Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Herbs
Shruthi
Skillet-Braised Brussels Sprouts combine the best of two cooking methods: searing and braising. First, the sprouts are browned in a hot skillet to develop a rich caramelized exterior. They are then gently cooked in broth until tender and flavorful. Garlic and herbs infuse the dish with savory notes, while the braising liquid keeps the sprouts moist and delicious. This recipe is simple, healthy, and suitable for both casual meals and special occasions. Packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, these Brussels sprouts offer a nutritious and satisfying side dish that pairs beautifully with a variety of main courses.
