- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese (cut in half)
- 12 pickle slices
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 12 small patties.
Heat oil or butter in skillet. Add onions and sauté until golden.
Cook patties 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through.
Place cheese on patties and let it melt.
Toast slider buns lightly.
Assemble with patties, cheese, onions, and pickles. Serve warm.
