- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 cups cooked pasta or 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine beef mixture with cooked pasta (or layer over biscuit dough in baking dish).
Top with shredded cheese.
