  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
