- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha or Asian chili sauce

- 8 oz rice noodles or spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
