- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Remove the thin membrane from the ribs.
Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Rub over ribs.
Place ribs in the slow cooker. Pour half the sauce on top.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Brush with remaining sauce. Optional: Broil ribs for 5 minutes until caramelized.
