Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked separately
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Add cream, broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir lightly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Remove chicken, shred or slice, and return to sauce.
  • Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  • Cook pasta separately, then toss with the Alfredo sauce and chicken.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
  • Add spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick variation.
  • Keep sauce warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
  • Adjust thickness with extra broth if needed.
