- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked separately
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add cream, broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir lightly.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred or slice, and return to sauce.
Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
Cook pasta separately, then toss with the Alfredo sauce and chicken.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
