- 8 oz smoked salmon, chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant.
Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
