Ingredients
  

For the Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Filling

  • 1½ quarts chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

For the Marshmallow Topping

  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until evenly moistened.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    Bake for 8–10 minutes. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  • Spread softened chocolate ice cream evenly into the cooled crust.
    Smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer and gently spread it.
    Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the fudge.
  • Place the pie in the freezer for 2 hours until firm.
  • Fold marshmallow fluff and whipped topping together until smooth and fluffy.
    Spread the marshmallow mixture over the frozen pie.
    Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  • Freeze for an additional 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, lightly toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch for an authentic s'mores appearance.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
