A DIY electrolyte drink to support hydration and replenish essential minerals during fasting or workouts.

- 1 liter (33.8 oz) of water (filtered or distilled)
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
- 1/2 tsp potassium chloride (available as a salt substitute)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
- Optional: 1/8 teaspoon magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt, food-grade)
- Optional: Lemon or lime juice for flavor (without pulp)
Begin by adding 1 liter of filtered or distilled water into a clean container or bottle.
Add the Himalayan pink salt or sea salt, potassium chloride, and baking soda.
If desired, include a small pinch of magnesium sulfate for added magnesium.
Stir or shake the mixture until all ingredients are fully dissolved.
For a refreshing twist, add a splash of lemon or lime juice (optional).
Store the drink in the refrigerator or consume immediately.
