Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter (33.8 oz) of water (filtered or distilled)
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp potassium chloride (available as a salt substitute)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
  • Optional: 1/8 teaspoon magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt, food-grade)
  • Optional: Lemon or lime juice for flavor (without pulp)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by adding 1 liter of filtered or distilled water into a clean container or bottle.
  • Add the Himalayan pink salt or sea salt, potassium chloride, and baking soda.
  • If desired, include a small pinch of magnesium sulfate for added magnesium.
  • Stir or shake the mixture until all ingredients are fully dissolved.
  • For a refreshing twist, add a splash of lemon or lime juice (optional).
  • Store the drink in the refrigerator or consume immediately.

Notes

  • Always use food-grade ingredients, especially when adding magnesium sulfate.
  • Adjust the salt and potassium levels according to your taste and electrolyte needs.
