Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup melted chocolate or chocolate chips
  • ½ cup melted chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  • Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce and melted chocolate over the top.
  • Sprinkle chopped Snickers and peanuts evenly.
  • Chill for at least 3 hours before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • Allow cheesecake to cool fully before topping.
  • For a thicker crust, increase graham crumbs by ½ cup.
  • You can mix some Snickers into the cheesecake batter for extra texture.
