For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup melted chocolate or chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely.
Drizzle caramel sauce and melted chocolate over the top.
Sprinkle chopped Snickers and peanuts evenly.
Chill for at least 3 hours before slicing into bars.
