Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
  • ½ cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ¼ cup sliced red onions
  • ¼ cup cilantro (optional)

For the Sauce:

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Mix olive oil and spices, then coat the chicken evenly.
  • Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Remove and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  • In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • Warm tortillas slightly for easy folding.
  • Spread sauce over each tortilla.
  • Layer lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and cheese.
  • Add sliced grilled chicken on top.
  • Roll tightly into wraps, slice in half, and serve.
