Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Marinate pork chops for 30 minutes.
  • Heat skillet and sear chops for 3–4 minutes per side.
  • Add remaining marinade, simmer until reduced into glaze.
  • Cook until pork reaches 145°F (63°C). Rest before serving.

Notes

  • Marinate longer for deeper flavour.
  • Bone-in chops stay juicier.
  • Use fresh garlic and ginger for best results.
  • Avoid high heat to prevent burning honey.
  • Rest pork before slicing for tenderness.
