- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.
Marinate pork chops for 30 minutes.
Heat skillet and sear chops for 3–4 minutes per side.
Add remaining marinade, simmer until reduced into glaze.
Cook until pork reaches 145°F (63°C). Rest before serving.

- Use fresh garlic and ginger for best results.
- Avoid high heat to prevent burning honey.
