Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and spaghetti. Cook until tender according to package instructions.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and cook until lightly golden.
  • Add chili flakes and stir gently for a few seconds.
  • Drain pasta and reserve a small cup of pasta water. Add spaghetti to the pan.
  • Toss pasta with garlic oil. Add a little pasta water if needed.
  • Sprinkle parsley and cheese before serving.
