Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack ramen or rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha or gochujang (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
  • 1/2 cup vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, or spinach)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 fried or poached egg (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, honey, and chili flakes.
  • Sauté aromatics: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add vegetables: Stir in the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Combine: Add cooked noodles and sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for another minute.
  • Finish: Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and a fried egg if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels by adding more or less sriracha and chili flakes.
  • Swap out vegetables based on personal preference or availabilit
