Ingredients
  

  • 1 (14 oz) package kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook sliced kielbasa over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and both cheeses. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in cooked kielbasa, diced tomatoes with green chilies, green onions, and seasonings.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

  • Use turkey kielbasa for a lighter version.
  • Substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for extra protein.
  • For a smoky twist, add roasted red peppers.
