Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 large ripe peach, thinly sliced or julienned
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely sliced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, red onion, and sliced peaches.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, chili flakes, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Add lime juice if using, and mix gently.
  • Let the coleslaw rest for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
