- 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 large ripe peach, thinly sliced or julienned
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, red onion, and sliced peaches.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, chili flakes, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
