- 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well.
Fold in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, reserving a little for topping.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top for an extra cheesy crust.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread!
-
Use fresh spinach instead of frozen for a fresher taste. Simply sauté it and drain excess liquid before adding.
-
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
