Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well.
  • Fold in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, reserving a little for topping.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top for an extra cheesy crust.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread!

Notes

  • Use fresh spinach instead of frozen for a fresher taste. Simply sauté it and drain excess liquid before adding.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
