Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  • Add oats, banana, strawberries, milk, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add toppings if desired.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
