Strawberry Kiss Cake Mix Cookies
Strawberry-flavored cake mix cookies topped with a Hershey’s Kiss for a soft, chewy, and chocolatey treat.
Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try using different cake mix flavors, such as chocolate or vanilla.
- Make sure to press the Hershey’s Kiss into the cookie while it's still warm for the best results.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
