- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
