Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup strawberry jam or preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in each cookie.
