Ingredients
  

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup strawberry jam or preserves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in each cookie.
  • Fill each indentation with strawberry jam.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until set but still soft.
