Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruit: Wash, hull, slice, and chop all the fruits as needed. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
  • Combine: Pour the dressing over the prepared fruit and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of seasonal fruits to customize the salad.
  • Avoid over-mixing to prevent the fruit from becoming mushy.
