- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Prepare the fruit: Wash, hull, slice, and chop all the fruits as needed. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
Combine: Pour the dressing over the prepared fruit and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
