Ingredients
  

Mango Base

  • 3 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • ¼ cup water (if needed for blending)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Seasoning

  • 1–2 teaspoons Tajín seasoning, plus extra for garnish

Optional Ingredients

  • Fresh mango cubes
  • Mint leaves
  • Coconut water instead of regular water

Instructions
 

  • Place the diced mango, lime juice, honey, lime zest, and water into a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or lime juice if needed.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of Tajín seasoning, or more if you prefer extra spice.
  • For additional texture, fold in a few small mango cubes.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  • Insert popsicle sticks according to the mold instructions.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely firm.
  • Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before removing the pops.
  • Lightly sprinkle extra Tajín over the finished ice pops just before serving, if desired.

  • Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Frozen mango can be substituted if fresh mango is unavailable.
