- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup canned beans (black or kidney)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 cups tortilla chips or crushed tortillas
- 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Heat a pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
