- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips or biscuit dough base
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 unbaked pie crust or refrigerated crescent dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce, stirring well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Place the pie crust or crescent dough in a pie pan.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the crust.
