Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks, thighs, or wings
  • 1 cup thick plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1½ tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp paprika or Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, oil, and all spices until smooth.
  • Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred).
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Grill chicken for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with lemon wedges.
