- 1 medium potato (boiled & chopped)
- ½ cup chickpeas (boiled)
- ½ cup yogurt (whisked)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions (optional)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup sev (crispy gram flour noodles)
- ½ tsp black salt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)
Prepare the base: Arrange papdis on a serving plate.
Add toppings: Place boiled potatoes and chickpeas evenly over the papdis.
Drizzle chutneys: Pour whisked yogurt over the papdis, followed by tamarind and green chutneys.
Sprinkle spices: Add salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and red chili powder.
Garnish: Top with onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, sev, and pomegranate seeds.
