Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange tater tots in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle bacon evenly over tater tots.
  • Pour egg mixture over the top.
  • Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

  • Frozen tater tots bake best straight from the freezer.
  • Substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
  • Swap cheddar with pepper jack for a spicier kick.
