Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, or green beans)
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and mixed vegetables. Combine well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots evenly across the surface.
  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
