- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thicker glaze)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Place chicken in a roasting pan and brush generously with teriyaki sauce.
