Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice before serving for an extra burst of freshness.

Notes

  • For extra crispy cauliflower, use a high-temperature oven and avoid overcrowding the pan.
