Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila (silver or blanco)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • ½ oz orange juice or freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz agave syrup, honey, or sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 oz sparkling water (optional, for a lighter touch)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge and coarse salt (for rimming the glass)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass.
  • Dip the rim into coarse salt to coat it.

Step 2: Mix the Margarita

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup with ice.
  • Shake well for 10-15 seconds until chilled.

Step 3: Serve & Enjoy

  • Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water (optional).
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use 100% agave tequila for the best flavor and fewer additives.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less agave/honey.
  • If you prefer a frozen Skinny Margarita, blend the ingredients with ice instead of shaking.
