Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until smooth.
  • Place lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, carrot, onion, radishes, and parsley into a large salad bowl.
