For the Burger Patties
- 500g ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For Serving
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion rings
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties slightly larger than the buns.
Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
Heat a skillet, grill, or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
If using cheese, place slices on the patties during the final minute of cooking.
Lightly toast burger buns for extra flavor and texture.
