- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce or homemade sauce
- 12 oz spaghetti
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
Shape into meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in size.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown meatballs on all sides.
Add marinara sauce and simmer for 25–30 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
