Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce or homemade sauce
  • 12 oz spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape into meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in size.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  • Add marinara sauce and simmer for 25–30 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
  • Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
