Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Zucchini:
    Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  • Heat the Pan:
    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Cook the Garlic:
    Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add Zucchini:
    Place the sliced zucchini in the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini becomes tender and slightly golden.
  • Season:
    Sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Optional Topping:
    If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and allow it to melt slightly.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    Transfer the zucchini to a serving plate and garnish with lemon zest for a bright, fresh flavor. Serve warm.
