- 2 cups mixed lettuce or napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1–2 fresh red chilies, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts or sesame seeds (optional)
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, herbs, green onions, and chilies.
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well blended.
Pour dressing over the salad just before serving.
Toss gently to coat evenly.
