Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed lettuce or napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1–2 fresh red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts or sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, herbs, green onions, and chilies.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour dressing over the salad just before serving.
  • Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Top with peanuts or sesame seeds if using, and serve immediately.
