Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 12 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions
 

  • First, mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
  • Then, press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  • Next, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Meanwhile, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Dip ladyfinger biscuits quickly into cooled coffee.
  • Layer dipped biscuits over the crust in each cup.
  • Add a layer of cheesecake mixture on top.
  • Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
  • Finally, dust cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings before serving.
