Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • In a skillet, sauté garlic and tomatoes in olive oil until softened.
  • Spoon tomato mixture over salmon and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
