  • 1 box vanilla or white cake mix

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Berry Layer

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Prepare and bake the cake according to package directions in a 9×13-inch pan. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake about 1 inch apart.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold both mixtures together until silky.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cake, pressing it gently so it fills all the holes.
  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set.
  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread whipped cream over the cake and arrange strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top.
  • Chill for at least 1 more hour before slicing and serving.
