Ingredients

  • 6–8 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup pineapple juice or coconut water
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
  • Add kiwi, pineapple juice (or coconut water), honey, and lime juice into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky for texture.
  • If desired, stir in small fruit pieces like mango or pineapple.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds evenly.
  • Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  • Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  • To release, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical freshness.
