- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or cubed
- 3 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup (or homemade equivalent)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a medium baking dish.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion until soft.
Add the cooked turkey, peas, carrots, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix to combine.
Fold in the cooked egg noodles and half the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
