- 1 boneless turkey breast (about 3 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bread stuffing
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Kitchen twine for tying
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the turkey: Butterfly the turkey breast and pound it to an even thickness.
Make the stuffing: In a bowl, combine stuffing, cranberries, pecans, and chicken broth.
Stuff the turkey: Spread the stuffing mixture over the turkey, leaving a 1-inch border.
Roll and tie: Roll the turkey tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
Season and sear: Rub olive oil, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and garlic over the turkey. Sear in a hot pan until golden brown.
Roast: Transfer to a baking dish and roast for 50-60 minutes, basting occasionally.
Rest and slice: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
