  • 300g ground turkey
  • 250g pasta (penne, fusilli, or rigatoni)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup chicken broth
