Ingredients
  

  • 1½ lbs flank steak
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Place flank steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
  • Remove steak from refrigerator 20–30 minutes before grilling.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak for 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for preferred doneness).
  • Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5–10 minutes to retain juices.
  • Slice thinly against the grain. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
