A zesty and aromatic spice blend inspired by Tuscan flavors, perfect for meats, veggies, and pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the spice blend to an airtight container or spice jar for storage.
  • Use immediately or store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • For a fresher flavor, grind whole dried herbs and spices just before mixing.
  • Adjust the chili flakes to control the level of heat in the blend.
