A zesty and aromatic spice blend inspired by Tuscan flavors, perfect for meats, veggies, and pasta.

- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
Transfer the spice blend to an airtight container or spice jar for storage.
Use immediately or store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
